Olivia Luna Relationship and Psychosexual Psychotherapist
Originally from California, I studied Music and Sociology at UCLA. After a brief period working as a social worker, I moved to London which has been my home for over 20 years.
It was during my time as a social worker where I first became interested in family systems, particularly couple dynamics. My interest in relationships led me to the Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships (now known as Tavistock Relationships), London’s leading training institute for relationship and couple therapy. I've been a Senior Clinician at Tavistock Relationships and continue my work there as a tutor and supervisor for trainee therapists. During my training, I was a psychosexual therapist at Soho’s NHS Sexual Health Clinic 56 Dean Street working predominantly with the LGBTQ+ community.
In 2017 I co-founded East London Relationship Therapy in Shoreditch (ELRT). Where I currently manage a busy practice with a team of over 25 practitioners.
Now with over 10 years experience specialising in couple and psychosexual therapy, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, a diverse variety of couple pairings, multi cultured and multi partnered clients, all who have given me a rich insight into their relationship dynamics.

A lengthy personal analysis was a part of my core training at Tavistock Relationships and I continue to attend trainings as part of my ongoing professional development.
